Rainy morning in Delhi
New Delhi, Sep 5 (PTI) Delhiites woke up Wednesday to a rainy morning with the minimum temperature settling at 23.6 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average.
According to the Meteorological (MeT) department, 21.6 mm rainfall has been recorded in the last 24 hours. The weatherman has predicted more rains in various areas of the national capital.
Several areas of the city also witnessed waterlogging and traffic snarls due to rains. The humidity level recorded at 8.30 am was 100 per cent.
"The skies will remain cloudy and the maximum temperature is expected to settle at 31 degrees Celsius," an official of the department said.
On Tuesday, rains lashed parts of the national capital. The minimum temperature settled at 25.1 degrees Celsius.
