മുംബൈ: സബര്‍ബന്‍ കാന്തിവാലിയില്‍ 15 നില കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ 14ാം നിലയിലുണ്ടായ തീപിടിത്തത്തില്‍ രണ്ട് സ്ത്രീകള്‍ മരിച്ചു. മഥുരദാസ് റോഡിലെ ഹന്‍സ ഹെരിറ്റേജ് എന്ന ബഹുനില കെട്ടിടത്തിലാണ് തീപടര്‍ന്നത്. ശനിയാഴ്ച്ച രാത്രി എട്ടരയോടെയാണ് സംഭവം.

പൊള്ളലേറ്റ രണ്ട് പേരെയും ഉടന്‍ ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തിച്ചെങ്കിലും രക്ഷിക്കാനായില്ല. പൊലിസും നാല് അഗ്നിശമന വാഹനങ്ങളും സ്ഥലത്തെത്തി ഒരു മണിക്കൂറിന് ശേഷമാണ് തീയണച്ചത്.

അതേസമയം, ശനിയാഴ്ച രാവിലെ അഹമ്മദ് നഗറിലെ ആശുപത്രിയിലുണ്ടായ തീപിടിത്തത്തില്‍ 11 കൊവിഡ് രോഗികള്‍ വെന്തുമരിച്ചിരുന്നു.
