കോട്ടയം: വൈക്കത്ത് വാഹനാപകടത്തില്‍ വിദ്യാര്‍ഥി മരിച്ചു. വൈക്കം സ്വദേശി മുഹമ്മദ് ഇര്‍ഫാന്‍(20) ആണ് മരിച്ചത്. ഇര്‍ഫാന്‍ സഞ്ചരിച്ച ബൈക്ക് ലോറിയില്‍ തട്ടി നിയന്ത്രണം വിട്ട് റോഡരികിലെ പോസ്റ്റില്‍ ഇടിച്ചാണ് അപകടമുണ്ടായത്. 

ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച്ച രാവിലെ ഒന്‍പതുമണിക്ക് വൈക്കം-പൂത്തോട്ട റോഡിലായിരുന്നു അപകടം. ഇര്‍ഫാനെ ഉടനെ ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തിച്ചെങ്കിലും ജീവന്‍ രക്ഷിക്കാനായില്ല. പൂത്തോട്ട കോളജിലെ ബി.എസ്.സി സൈബര്‍ ഫൊറന്‍സിക് വിദ്യാര്‍ഥിയാണ്.

English Summary: A tragic road accident in Vaikom, Kottayam, claimed the life of a 20-year-old student, Muhammed Irfan, a resident of Vaikom.
