Imagine that you and your friends have decided to honour Balthazar, the artist in a public function. Prepare a speech congratulating Balthazar and commending on the conditions of unknown artists like Balthazar who are neglected and forced to live in poverty. (7)
Ans: Distinguished guests, friends and other dignitaries on and off the dais. I have great pleasure to be here on this occasion. We are here to honour our dear and great artist Balthazar. Even though I mentioned him as a great artist no one came to know about him until recently. The problem of our society is that only rich people are highlighted. There are many artists who are neglected and forced to live in poverty. Here, we realize that many artists are ignored in a world ruled by commercial values. We have to encourage our very dear artist Balthazar. I wish to say the government should take necessary steps for the welfare of unknown artists like Balthazar. Let me conclude my words by once again taking this opportunity to congratulate Balthazar. Thank you, Jai Hind.
