ദുബായ്: ബുര്‍ജ് ഖലീഫയ്ക്ക് സമീപമുള്ള കെട്ടിടത്തില്‍ തീപിടിത്തം. പുലര്‍ച്ചെ 5.30 ഓടെയാണ് തീപിടിത്തമുണ്ടായതെന്ന് ഗള്‍ഫ് മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്തു. ദുബായില്‍ നിര്‍മാണത്തിലിരുന്ന മാളിനാണ് തീപിടിച്ചത്. ആളപായമൊന്നും റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല.

സംഭവത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് സമീപത്തുള്ള പാതയില്‍ ഗതാഗതം താല്‍കാലികമായി നിരോധിച്ചു. തീപിടുത്തത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് കിലോമീറ്ററുകളോളം കറുത്ത പുക വ്യാപിച്ചു. അഗ്നിശമന സേന എത്തി എട്ടുമണിയോടെ തീ നിയന്ത്രണ വിധേയമാക്കി.
