Write a letter to the editor of the newspaper about the problem of beggars in your city.

To
The Editor,
Newspaper Name,
Calicut.

13 March 2020

Sir,

Through the columns of your esteemed paper. I want to draw your attention to the higher authorities towards the problem of beggars in our city. These Days the Numbers of beggars have increased everywhere. No street or corners are free from beggars. Even they are found in hospitals and outside schools and colleges. When you come out of your home, they start chasing and begging. They are young healthy fellows who are seen as beggars. Some of these beggars are physically challenged, and others are destitute even Small children are forced for begging by their team. Some beggars, no doubt, deserve our sympathy. They encourage many others for begging because it's an easy way of income. Some Beggars also do Criminal activities. Some Female beggars enter houses quietly and steal things. Begging should be abolished by law. It should be made a punishable offence. The Government should check this social evil iron-handed and the public should help the authorities to end this evil practice. Strict implementation of Ant bugging laws should be made and the genuine ones among beggars should be rehabilitated in some suitable way.

Thanking You
Yours faithfully
