1945 മെയ് 27, 28 തിയ്യതികളിൽ കാര്യവട്ടത്ത് ചേർന്ന സമസ്ത കേരള ജംഇയ്യത്തുൽ ഉലമായയുടെ 16-ാം വാർഷിക യോഗത്തിനു ശേഷം 1945 ആഗസ്റ്റ് ഒന്നാം തിയ്യതി കോഴിക്കോട് മൂദാക്കര ജുമുഅത്ത് പള്ളിയിൽവെച്ച് മൗലാനാ കുഞ്ഞായിൻ മുസ്ലിയാർ അവർകളുടെ അദ്ധ്യക്ഷതയിൽ കൂടിയ ഒന്നാമത്തെ മുശാവറ യോത്തിന്റെ പ്രധാന തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ

1. സമസ്തക്കുവേണ്ടി അറബി മലയാളത്തിലും ശുദ്ധമലയാളത്തിലും ഒരു മാസിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. പത്രാധിപരായി കെ.പി.എ. മൊയ്തീൻകുട്ടി മുസ്ലിയാരെയും സഹപത്രാധിപരായി പി.സി.എസ്. കുഞ്ഞഹമ്മദ് മുസ്ലിയാരെയും മാനേജരായി വി.കെ. മുഹമ്മദ് മുസ്ലിയാരെയും തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു. പത്രത്തിന്റെ ഓഫീസ് പരപ്പനങ്ങാടിയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.

4. ബഹു. അബ്ദുൽ കലാം ആസാദ് ഫലസ്തീൻ ദിനത്തിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ മുസ്ലിംകളുടെ പ്രതിനിധി എന്ന നിലയിൽ മുസ്ലിംകളുടെ മദ്ഹബുകൾ ഒന്നാക്കിത്തീർക്കുന്ന കാര്യത്തിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ മുസ്ലിംകളുടെ കാര്യം താൻ ഏറ്റെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നുവെന്ന് പ്രസ്താവിച്ചതിനെതിരിൽ പ്രതിഷേധം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.

മൗലാനാ അബ്ദുൽ ബാരി വാളക്കുളം (ന.മ.) അവർകൾ യോഗത്തിൽ സംബന്ധിച്ചിരുന്നു.

After the 16th annual conference of Samastha Kerala Jamiyyathul Ulama held at Karyavattom on May 27–28, 1945, the first Mushawara convened on August 1, 1945, at Moodakkara Jumu’a Masjid, Kozhikode, under the presidency of Maulana Kunhayin Musliyar. The meeting resolved to launch a monthly magazine in Arabic-Malayalam and pure Malayalam for Samastha, appointing K.P.A. Moyinkutty Musliyar as editor, P.C.S. Kunhahammad Musliyar as associate editor, and V.K. Muhammad Musliyar as manager, with the office set at Parappanangadi. The Mushawara also recorded a protest against Maulana Abul Kalam Azad’s statement concerning the unification of Islamic schools of thought. Maulana Abdul Bari Valakkulam (N.M.) attended the session.
