"Memory of Silence" now in persian
"Memory of Silence", third poetic collection of Egiptian writer Ashraf Aboul Yazid, was published in Persian language titled (Khaterh Scott) which was translated by Professor Nisreen Shakibi Mumtaz, and published by An Su publishing house. Seven years ago, Ashraf Aboul Yazid had a celebration at Tehran regarding the publishing of his anthology in Persian language at the Tehran International Book Fair.
That poetic collection was titled "Memory of Butterflies". The ceremony was hosted by (Dar Inthisharathu Afraz) in the presence of translator of the poems Dr. Nisreen Shakibi Mumtaz, her husband Reza Shakibi, Bouna Nadaie, an Iranian poet, Aa'zam Kiyan Afraz, the publisher. Also, there was a huge presence of some translators who were involved in bringing Arabic literature into Persian and number of Iranian writers such as Rasul Younan, Reza Amri and Amin Moradi.. Nowadays, Ashraf Aboul yazid could have world wide readership as his poetic collections and novels are being translated into major global languages. His three books are translated into Malayalam, one of the major Indian languages.
