The centenary rally of Samastha Kerala Jam'iyyathul Ulama, spearheaded by President Sayyid Muhammed Jifri Muthukkoya Thangal, reaches its successful conclusion today. After a significant gathering in Kasaragod, the journey will officially culminate this evening at 7:00 PM in Mangalore, Karnataka. This historic procession has traversed three states, serving as a powerful prelude to the grand Samastha Centenary Celebration Conference scheduled for February 2026 at Kunya, Kasaragod.
As part of the organization's hundred-year milestone, Samastha resolved to conduct this extensive journey across Kerala and the border regions of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. The expedition began on the 19th of this month in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu. Throughout the route, prominent politicians, cultural leaders, and scholars joined the rally to honor Samastha’s century of educational and social contributions. The rally navigated through 16 locations across 14 districts, including two major public gatherings in Malappuram district to represent its East and West sectors.
The final conference today will be inaugurated by U.A. Khader, the Speaker of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. The presidential address will be delivered by Samastha Mushawara member Bambrana Abdul Khadar Khasimi, and the opening prayer will be led by Central Mushawara member Thwaka Ahammed Moulavi. Mushawara member Usman Faizi Thodar will provide the introductory speech for the evening's program.
The event will also feature addresses from rally director K. Umar Faizi Mukkam, assistant director Sayyid Muhammed Koya Thangal Jamalullaili, and coordinators Abdu Salam Baqavi Vadakkekad and Abdulla Faizi Kulukkallur. Key ideological topics will be presented by Abdul Hameed Faizi Ambalakkadavu, Sathar Panthaloor, and Swalahudheen Faizi Vallapuzha.
