അബുദബി:​രാജ്യത്ത് ജൂൺ മാസത്തിൽ ലൈസൻസ് നേടിയിട്ടുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ തങ്ങളുടെ കോർപ്പറേറ്റ് ടാക്സ് രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷൻ അപേക്ഷകൾ 2024 ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 31-ന് മുൻപായി സമർപ്പിക്കണമെന്ന് യുഎഇ ഫെഡറൽ ടാക്സ് അതോറിറ്റി (FTA) അറിയിച്ചു.ഫെഡറൽ ടാക്സ് അതോറിറ്റിയുടെ ഈ അറിയിപ്പ് എമിറേറ്റ്സ് ന്യൂസ് ഏജൻസിയാണ്  റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തത്.

ലൈസൻസ് നൽകിയ വർഷം കണക്കിലെടുക്കാതെ തന്നെ ജൂൺ മാസത്തിൽ ലൈസൻസ് നേടിയിട്ടുള്ള മുഴുവൻ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും 2024 ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 31-ന് മുൻപായി തങ്ങളുടെ കോർപ്പറേറ്റ് ടാക്സ് രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷൻ അപേക്ഷകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണെന്ന് ഫെഡറൽ ടാക്സ് അതോറിറ്റി മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. കൃത്യമായി ഈ നടപടികൾ പൂർത്തിയാക്കാത്തവർക്ക് 10000 ദിർഹം പിഴ ചുമത്തുമെന്ന് ഫെഡറൽ ടാക്സ് അതോറിറ്റി അറിയിച്ചു.

2024 മാർച്ച് 1-ന് പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ വന്നിട്ടുള്ള ‘3/ 2024’ എന്ന ഫെഡറൽ ടാക്സ് അതോറിറ്റി തീരുമാന പ്രകാരം കോർപ്പറേറ്റ് ടാക്സ് രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷൻ സമയബന്ധിതമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. നികുതി സംബന്ധമായ നിയമങ്ങളിൽ വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്നത് ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ കോർപ്പറേറ്റ് ടാക്സ് രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷൻ സമയബന്ധിതമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കേണ്ടത് പ്രധാനമാണെന്ന് ഫെഡറൽ ടാക്സ് അതോറിറ്റി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
