സഗെര്‍ബ്: മുസ്ലിം കുടിയേറ്റക്കാര്‍ക്കെതിരേ ആരോപണം ഉന്നയിക്കാനായി സ്വയം കുത്തിപ്പരുക്കേല്‍പ്പിച്ച ക്രൊയേഷ്യന്‍ കന്യാസ്ത്രീ അറസ്റ്റില്‍. ക്രൊയേഷ്യന്‍ തലസ്ഥാനമായ സാഗ്രെബിലെ വലതുപക്ഷ ആശയം പിന്തുടരുന്ന കന്യാസ്ത്രീയായ 34 കാരി മാരിജ സെര്‍നോ ആണ് അറസ്റ്റിലായത്.

മൂര്‍ച്ചയുള്ള ആയുധം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് സ്വയം കുത്തിപ്പരുക്കേല്‍പ്പിച്ച ശേഷം 'അല്ലാഹു അക്ബര്‍' എന്ന് ആക്രോശിച്ച് ഇസ്ലാമിക കുടിയേറ്റക്കാരന്‍ ആക്രമിച്ചെന്നായിരുന്നു കന്യാസ്ത്രീയുടെ അവകാശ വാദം. കഴിഞ്ഞ വെള്ളിയാഴ്ചയാണ് സംഭവം നടന്നത്. തന്നെ മുസ്ലിം തീവ്രവാദി ആക്രമിച്ചെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് ക്രൊയേഷ്യന്‍ ദേശീയപതാകയുടെ നിറത്തിലുള്ള വേഷത്തില്‍ അവര്‍ മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മുമ്പില്‍ പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്യുകയുണ്ടായി. അതേസമയം, അവരുടെ ശരീരത്തില്‍ കാര്യമായ മുറിവുകളും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല.

സംഭവം ക്രൊയേഷ്യയില്‍ വലിയ വാര്‍ത്തയാകുകയും മുസ്ലിം കുടിയേറ്റക്കാര്‍ക്കെതിരായ വികാരം സൃഷ്ടിക്കാന്‍ കാരണമാകുകയും ചെയിതിരുന്നു. യൂറോപ്പിലെ വലതുപക്ഷ ഗ്രൂപ്പുകളിലും ക്രൈസ്ത്യന്‍ സമൂഹമാധ്യമങ്ങളിലും ഈ വാര്‍ത്തക്ക് വന്‍ പ്രചാരവും ലഭിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. ഒരുവിഭാഗം സമൂഹമാധ്യമങ്ങളില്‍ കന്യാസ്ത്രീ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടെന്നും അഭ്യൂഹങ്ങള്‍ പ്രഛരിച്ചിരുന്നു. ക്രൊയേഷ്യയില്‍ ഒന്നര ശതമാനം മാത്രമാണ് മുസ്ലിം ജനസംഖ്യ.

സാഗ്രെബ് പോലീസ് ഡിപ്പാര്‍ട്ട്‌മെന്റ് ഇക്കാര്യം അന്വേഷിക്കുകയും ആരോപണങ്ങള്‍ തെറ്റാണെന്ന് കണ്ടെത്തുകയും ചെയ്തതായി ക്രൊയേഷ്യ വീക്ക് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്തു.

യു.എസില്‍ അഫ്ഗാന്‍ പൗരന്‍ യു.എസ് നാഷണല്‍ ഗാര്‍ഡിലെ രണ്ട് അംഗങ്ങളെ ആക്രമിച്ചെന്ന റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടുകള്‍ക്ക് പിന്നാലെയാണ് കന്യാസ്ത്രീയുടെ അവകാശവാദം ഉണ്ടായത്.

Croatian police have accused a Catholic nun, 34-year-old Marija Zrno, of falsely claiming she was stabbed by a knife-wielding Islamic migrant shouting “Allahu akbar,” after an investigation concluded that she had allegedly purchased a knife and inflicted the wound on herself. Zrno, who was hospitalized in Zagreb, initially filed a criminal complaint describing an unidentified attacker, and local journalist Marin Vlahovic reported the alleged assault based on an unofficial source he trusted. However, the Zagreb Police Department said the claims were fabricated and announced plans to file charges against her for making a false report, while also criticizing inaccurate media coverage. Vlahovic continues to defend his reporting, insisting the nun is unable to speak freely now. Zrno, originally from Bosnia and known for her involvement in church service and Catholic media, remains at the center of the controversy as authorities proceed with legal action.
