തൃശൂര്‍:തൃശൂരില്‍ തിയേറ്റര്‍ ഉടമയ്ക്കും ഡ്രൈവര്‍ക്കും വെട്ടേറ്റു. രാഗം തിയേറ്ററിന്റെ നടത്തിപ്പുകാരന്‍ സുനിലിനാണ് കുത്തേറ്റത്. വെളപ്പായയിലെ വീടിന് മുന്‍പില്‍ വെച്ചായിരുന്നു സംഭവം. 

തിയേറ്ററില്‍ നിന്നും തിരികെ വീട്ടിലെത്തി ഡ്രൈവര്‍ ഗേറ്റ് തുറക്കുന്നതിനിടെ മൂന്ന് പേര്‍ എത്തി ആക്രമിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. സുനിലിന് കാലിലും ഡ്രൈവര്‍ക്ക് കൈയ്യിലുമാണ് വെട്ടേറ്റത്. കാറിന്റെ ചില്ലും അക്രമികള്‍ തകര്‍ത്തു.  സാമ്പത്തിക ഇടപാടിനെച്ചൊല്ലിയുള്ള തര്‍ക്കമാണ് അക്രമത്തിന് പിന്നിലെന്നാണ് സൂചന. അക്രമി സംഘം പിന്നീട് ഓടി രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടു. മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളജ് പൊലിസ് അന്വേഷണം ആരംഭിച്ചു. 

A theatre owner and his driver were injured in a knife attack in Thrissur, Kerala. Sunil, who manages Ragam Theatre, was attacked in front of his house in Vellappaya after returning home from the theatre. Three assailants approached while the driver was opening the gate and attacked them, injuring Sunil’s leg and the driver’s hand. The attackers also smashed the car’s window before fleeing the scene.
