പാലക്കാട്: ജമ്മുകശ്മീരിലെ ഗുല്‍മാര്‍ഗില്‍ നിന്ന് മലയാളി യുവാവിന്റെ മൃതദേഹം കണ്ടെത്തി. ഗുല്‍മാര്‍ഗിലെ വനമേഖലയില്‍ നിന്നാണ് മൃതദേഹം കണ്ടെത്തിയത്.
പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലയിലെ കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പുഴ വര്‍മംകോട്ട് സ്വദേശികളായ അബ്ദുല്‍ സമദ്ഹസീന ദമ്പതികളുടെ മകന്‍ മുഹമ്മദ് ഷാനിബിന്റെ മൃതദേഹമാണ് കണ്ടെത്തിയത്.

കഴിഞ്ഞ മാസം 13നായിരുന്നു ഷാനിബ് വീട്ടില്‍നിന്ന് പോയത്. മൃതദേഹം കണ്ടെത്തിയ വിവരം ഗുല്‍മാര്‍ഗ് പൊലിസ് ഷാനിബിന്റെ കുടുംബത്തെ അറിയിച്ചു. ഷാനിബിന്റെ ശരീരത്തില്‍ മൃഗങ്ങള്‍ ആക്രമിച്ചതിന്റെ പരുക്കുകളുണ്ടെന്ന് ഗുല്‍മാര്‍ഗ് പൊലിസ് പറഞ്ഞതായി നാട്ടുകല്‍ പൊലിസ് വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

The body of a young man from Palakkad, identified as Muhammad Shanib, was discovered in a forest area of Gulmarg, Jammu & Kashmir. Shanib, son of Abdul Samad and Hasina from Kanjirappuzha, Varmankott, had been missing since the 13th of last month. Local police suspect wild animal attacks based on injuries found on the body. Authorities have informed the family about the tragic incident.
